Cala’s vision for the site is to create an attractive residential environment to deliver approximately 95 new homes with access onto Whitsbury Road, that demonstrates how a sensitive, landscape-led design approach can create benefits for existing and new residents.

Our vision for the site also includes a generous area of Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace (ANRG) and other public green spaces and play areas that would be linked by a green corridor to a network of planned public green spaces in the surrounding area.
